Scott Hall - Partner

Scott Hall has a range of experience in labor relations matters in union and non-union settings. He has represented unionized companies as chief spokesperson, negotiating collecting bargaining agreements and providing advice on contract maintenance and grievance resolution. Scott has assisted non-union companies in remaining union-free and responding to union organization efforts. His representation of both groups has involved strike/picket line management, supervisory training, policy development, and a wide variety of dealings with the NLRB, EEOC, and other administrative agencies on employment-related issues.

Scott has appeared as a speaker on labor-related issues before numerous groups. He is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis.

Scott is admitted to practice in Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
